Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery.
Only unused, undamaged, and unopened boxes or pallets are eligible for returns.
Custom orders, clearance items, and sample tiles are non-returnable.
Condition of Return:
All returns must be in the original packaging.
Returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
Partial Box Returns: Partial boxes of tiles cannot be returned.
3. Return Process:

Pack and Ship: Use original packaging whenever possible and clearly label the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
Inspection and Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the items within 5 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, minus 25% restocking fees.
4. Refunds
Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 7-8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. If paid via credit card, the refund may take 8-10 business days to appear on your statement.
