2. Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery.
- Only unused, undamaged, and unopened boxes or pallets are eligible for returns.
- Custom orders, clearance items, and sample tiles are non-returnable.

- All returns must be in the original packaging.
- Returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
- Partial Box Returns: Partial boxes of tiles cannot be returned.
3. Return Process:

- Pack and Ship: Use original packaging whenever possible and clearly label the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
- Inspection and Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the items within 5 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, minus 25% restocking fees.
4. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 7-8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. If paid via credit card, the refund may take 8-10 business days to appear on your statement.
