1. Order Cancellations

  • Order Modification or Cancellation: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter the processing phase, and cancellations may not be accepted.

2. Returns Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Items must be returned within 14 working  days of delivery.
    • Only unused, undamaged, and unopened boxes or pallets are eligible for returns.
    • Custom orders, clearance items, and sample tiles are non-returnable.
  • Condition of Return:
    • All returns must be in the original packaging.
    • Returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.
    • Partial Box Returns: Partial boxes of tiles cannot be returned.

3. Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at sales@tiletrendz.co.uk  or Customer Service Phone Number is +447404291881 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack and Ship: Use original packaging whenever possible and clearly label the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the items within 5 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, minus 25% restocking fees.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 7-8 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. If paid via credit card, the refund may take 8-10 business days to appear on your statement.
